Q: What is winter Internship Program-2011?

Ans: The winter Internship Program aims to widen the student's perspective by providing an exposure to real use of technologies as expert. The program is the most effective aid in enabling our interns to relate technical theory to practice. During the internship, the students will have the opportunity to participate in the dynamic technical environment.
We have organized India's Biggest Robotics Championships in Institutions like IIT-Bombay, IIT-Delhi, IIT-Guwahati, IIT-Roorkee etc. We are the only outreach organizer of Technothlon'09 IIT-Guwahati in India.
This winter, we are providing winter Internship Program 2011(WIP-2011) . Our previous winter Training Program “WIP-2010”, “WIP-2009” in association with Magnum’Opus10, IT-BHU & Techniche’09 IIT-Guwahati respectively was nation wide appreciated.  This winter we are back with same standards in WIP-2011.

Q: Sir I want to change my batch, so is that possible?

Ans: Yes, of course you can change the batch to suit yourself, but for that you have to contact Robosapiens India by email for available seats. You can mail your request for change of batch to wip@robosapiensindia.com with valid reason for the same.

Q: Is there any provision to get refund of the fees, and in what case I ll be able to claim my refund?

Ans: Robosapiens refund policy is as below “In case you have registered for some batch and now for some reason you are not willing to attend the training then, you have to inform Robosapiens India 7 days prior to the Registered Batch Start Date to claim for refund. In case you are not able to inform us within the due period of seven days before the training begins, then Robosapiens India will not process your refund but you will be able to attend the training in the registered batch or upcoming batch dates. For all this you have to inform Robosapiens India within due period by email to: wip@robosapiensindia.com. In the email its mandatory to update Robosapiens India with a valid reason for such a cause, and please attach payment receipt and Registration No (WIP ID) details in the email for any further communications with Robosapiens India”

Note: All refunds will be credited back to candidates account only after 15th Feb 2012.

Q. What documents are required to join WIP-2011 on Joining Date?

 Ans.
1. HDFC Bank Payment Receipt in Original or Online payment receipt
2.College ID Card or Driving License or Voter ID card or PAN Card or Passport
Failing to produce any of the documents at the time of joining will cancel your admission and no refund is entertained.

Q. Who can join the program?

Ans. Any Engineering Student and BCA/MCA/Bsc students.

Q. Sir, I want to extend the period of training from 30 days to 45/60 days, what is the procedure for that?

 Ans. 30 days training is normal. In case you want to extend the period of training course content will be covered in more depth. And apart from that, the rest of the days you will be given an opportunity to do research work with Robosapiens R&D team.

Ans: Robosapiens India recommends to pay the fees right after registration through the  payment procedure explained above, But still if you are having any problems you can just register at our website to reserve your seat. Then you have to pay the fees right before the training commences. We have limited seats available for the training so to get your seat booked you should pay your fees as soon as possible.
